Visiting the Easter Bunny
We loaded up yesterday and visited the Easter Bunny. Joey dressed for the occasion. He did great and even began to fall asleep in the bunnys arms.

My first outfit
This is Joey's first outfit! Daddy bought it for him at the World Dairy Expo soon after we found out we were having a baby boy! We've been waiting a long time for him to wear it.

I'm one month!
Time flies when you're having fun! Joey wasn't so excited about this photo shoot, but he humored his parents. 1 month has flown by! Joey is such a good baby! Mommy and daddy are thankful for his sweet and mellow demeanor. Mommy is also appreciative of his long stretches of sleep at night!

Nana and Poppa to the rescue!
Nana and Poppa took a break from vacation in Arizona to spend some time helping out with baby Joey. We were so appreciative of everything! They both got lots of cuddle time with Joey which he loved while mom and dad appreciated all the fabulous meals nana made and the chores around the house that poppa completed... Not to mention the early morning help so mom could get more sleep! Joey is lucky to have such wonderful and caring grandparents!

Erin, Kevin, Luke and Weston came to meet Joey! Weston was not impressed. He kept saying "No Baby!" We think he's not quite ready to give up his position as the baby of the family. He'll learn to love his baby cousin!

Joseph Hopkins Janssen arrived February 3 at 4:37 AM, weighing 7 lbs 1 oz and 20 inches long! He surprised us all by arriving 2 weeks early, but we couldn't be more excited to welcome our happy, healthy little guy!
